Coach Holly Cantwell Clark had a successful junior golf career and went on to  play D1 Women's Golf for the University of Tennessee. Following her playing career, Holly went on to serve as an Assistant & Head Coach at top programs such as Vanderbilt & Charlotte, even building two brand-new programs from scratch, including Charlotte into a Top-20 D1 program with her coaching philosophies. Holly transferred her coaching strengths into creating her businesses and becoming a successful entrepreneur. Holly's newest endeavor includes collaborating on "Squad U," a new way to test athlete's performance strengths. Holly is going to discuss Squad U and how it helps the coach and player maximize their communication strengths to help drive the performance of the team forward.  Coach Holly and Coach Mo dive into how coaching has evolved into what it is now as well as how to empower students to make their own decisions. We discuss the importance of player accountability, pros and cons of the transfer portal, and give advice to juniors, college players, and parents on their roles in pursuing a college golf career and beyond.
